We find ourselves at the end of the long Nordic winter! Winter is a time for hibernation, focusing on our own projects at home, watching TV, lighting a candle, shutting the door and waiting out the darkness and cold. Sounds cozy, right? But it can also be a lonely time for many, particularly (but not exclusively) for those living on their own. Let’s be honest ladies, I get it. We wake up every morning and the mental checklist starts ticking: Did I finish that laundry? Don’t forget to pick up yoghurt at the store.
